WOW! Incredible positive service. MY Pellet stove was.not igniting at all.Spent several days cleaning, replacing igniter etc. Came down to no draft. Called several other chimney sweep and out here in Rock Port out of there servise area! Called the fine people at Concret hardware and they refered me at. St.Nick. gave me a price and a time, showed up on time. Ended up having to dismantle stove pipe. Found a dead BIRD had made it through the China cap!! NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Nick worked on it a long time.
